Individual Coaching — 1-to-1 Sessions

Free initial consultation. These sessions are designed around the Four-Phase* Questions, and commitment is for a minimum of 6 sessions.
1) Where am I? Gain a clear understanding of where you are on life’s journey
2) Who am I? Develop a clear understanding of your essential self. Articulate your values, gifts, dreams and passions
3) Where am I going? Create a vision for your future. Develop an exciting yet realistic plan that truly reflects who you are.
4) How do I get there? Implement your plan with clear goals. Starting with baby steps, you will remain accountable to yourself for progress toward reaching your goals.
